Being a franchisee is more than renting a name and placing a label as a reflection of the acquisition of some rights to a certain brand.

To be a franchisee means to receive and manage a whole series of valuable knowledge for the development of the activity, this being, together with the value of the brand itself, the asset through which the path determined by the owner of the brand must be followed.

At the same time, it is the duty of the franchisor to set the bar as high as possible, not only in its own interest, but also for the benefit of the entire chain of franchisees; and this should be a goal to be shared by all franchisees.

At street level. Approximate surface of 80m2. Located in busy areas, with a lot of pedestrians, preferably close to daily points of interest (markets, churches, subway exits), areas with high purchasing power, as well as tourist areas.
